“Vacuum Engineering” company was established in 1992 and is a family owned business. We are specialised in development and application of vacuum technologies. By the use of the ion-plasma methods in vacuum medium, thin layers of titanium and titanium compounds, which are corrosion and acid resistant, are applied on the items made of faience, porcelain, glass and inox. The coatings are chemically and wear resistant and have high decoration value.
Since 1993, the company has been working predominantly for the European market. Well-known enterprises producing ceramics, porcelain and glass items from Italy, Spain and Germany rely on the services of “Vacuum Engineering”. Titanium coating with thickness from 0.5 to 5 microns is applied on frieze glaze, rims, wall tiles in various sizes, mosaic and glass pieces, glass bottles for the perfumery industry, lampshades made of glass, statuettes and vases made of porcelain. The coatings are in many different colours like gold, platinum, pearl, bronze, copper, “rainbow” transparency, etc. The layers we apply are absolutely harmless to people and the environment.
The company also produces titanium coated “gold” domes for prestigious buildings, churches and mosques, with high aesthetic and operational qualities – a complete innovation of our own. We use only high quality stainless metal sheets and titanium of high purity.
“Vacuum Engineering” has five vacuum units situated on 800 sq. m. covered facilities – all owned by the company.
The production capacity is about 1 000 sq. m. of titanium coating per month, which can be increased up to 1 500 sq. m. Our quality fully meets the European and world standards.
